Using Hukola

Hukola is a free daily puzzle game. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Fair play

Play for fun and for your own score. Please do not use bots, scripts or modified clients to submit scores, or try to break or overload the service. We may remove scores or block access if this happens.

Unlimited

Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase that lets you play any game as many times as you like. It is a digital product for your personal use, tied to your account or to the store account you bought it with. The price is shown before you pay. Refunds follow the rules of the store that sold it, and where you bought on the web, the law of your country gives you the right to withdraw within 14 days unless you have asked for the digital content to start immediately.

Our content

The game, its pixel art, text and puzzles belong to the operator or its licensors. You may share your results, screenshots and the share text freely. Please do not copy the game or its art to make your own.

No promises

We work to keep Hukola running and correct, but it is provided “as is”. Puzzles may contain mistakes, and the service may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from using the game.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using Hukola after a change, you accept the new version.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Poland and of the EU rules that apply to consumers. Consumers keep any rights that the law of their own country gives them.
